In search of the perfect glass of champagne, we started at Shangri-La’s rooftop bar, imbibed on Domaine Chandon at Loews Hotel’s Ocean & Vine, sampled lots of Taittinger at La Cachette, and ended with jeroboams of Champenoise de Roederer Estate at Casa Del Mar Hotel just in time to watch the sunset.
